Description

The Operations Manager will bring a combination of detail, organisation, tenacity, tact, and sparkle to GlobalGiving’s team in London. We are looking for someone who will be the backbone of our organisation: you’ll provide human resources support for our small team, contribute to policy and procedure development, oversee office management, liaise with global colleagues, and support the UK Executive Director on organisational and financial performance.

Our ideal candidate will love working in a small team but also be interested in how our UK operations fit into our broader global organisation and will be eager to ensure smooth global operations. You will have a positive attitude, have a practical and pragmatic approach to your work, the ability to work independently but collaboratively, and be decisive with guidance. Comfort with managing a varied workload and competing timelines, using various digital systems, and analysing and presenting data are critical for this role.

You will be part of a small but mighty team based in London, with colleagues based in the United States, India, and China. Benefits

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 pro rata + 5% pension contribution following success completion of probation period

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Part Time (preferably 22.5 hours per week)

Location: Central London (WC1N)
